Eggplant curry (Myanmar style)

Hello my friends!

Today I would like to share you
that what I cooked eggplant curry.

Do you like eggplant?

I like eggplant. We make eggplant
salads and curry here in Myanmar.
This curry style is the famous
resort Rupar Mandalar. You can
have only this curry eggplany in
this resort. I had been working there
for over 8 years. And I learned this
curry style there.
