This is my first Actifit report.
Today morning I was walking for 30 minutes. The wind is very fresh and cold.
Because of winter season. I took somes photos.
I am living in this Pyin Oo Lwin hill town for 3 months. I lived in Manday its has
hot climate. So The hill town has cold
climate. Now I feel very cold.
These flowers are not intentionally grown. They grow normally and they have no smell.
Walking greatly improves your health.
So you should walk for about 15 minutes a day.
